We give you a 3-day peace-of-mind check warranty to inspect your watch for any physical damage or immediate issues.

The Golden Rule (Must Read):

⚠️ You MUST record a continuous, unedited video of the parcel opening.
Start recording before you cut the packaging seal and show the entire unboxing process.

If you find any issue: You must WhatsApp this video to us at 03095182358 within 24 hours of delivery.

No Video, No Claim: To protect our business from false claims or self-damage, we absolutely cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or refund requests without a clear, uncut parcel-opening video.

Once our team verifies the video and confirms a genuine product defect, we will happily process your return or exchange!

⌚ Layer 1-Year Brand Warranty

Every watch comes with a 1-Year Brand Warranty starting from your delivery date.

To keep it simple, this warranty only covers:

The Watch Machine (Movement): If the watch stops working or keeps incorrect time.

The Color: If the dial or strap color fades prematurely under normal usage.

What is NOT covered: Physical damage, broken glass, scratches from daily wear, water damage (unless specified as waterproof), or battery replacements.
